The holidays are filled with wonderful surprises, except when there are unforeseen delays in mail delivery. You can avoid the fuss and plan ahead when mailing check payments during this busy time.
Send 10 Days Ahead
For online bill payments sent as a Check, we recommend setting your “send on” date at least 10 business days prior to the due date. You can also use this helpful tip when mailing paper checks.
Pay using Online Banking and our Mobile App
Did you know you can manage your Aloha Pacific credit card by simply clicking on your credit card? You’ll be automatically signed in to the EZ Card Info management website where you can set up your card payment details.
Can’t mail your Aloha Pacific credit card payment in time?
Life happens. If you are within a couple days of your payment deadline, here are alternative ways to pay your bill.
Pay By Phone
You can make a payment by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call the toll-free VISA® credit card service center at 1-800-442-4757.
Before you call, you will need your checking account number and routing number. If you’re paying from your Aloha Pacific checking account, our routing number is 321379148. You can choose to set up a one-time or schedule recurring payments for peace of mind.
Pay at a Branch
Visit a nearby branch location to pay by cash or check. Please note: all branches will close at 1:00 pm on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, and close on both Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
