Market Trends Pacific Inc. is surveying our members to help us provide better service.
You may be surveyed, by phone call or email, after a transaction at one of our branches or through Aloha Pacific FCU's Call Center or an ITM (interactive teller machine). We hope you will take a moment to give feedback about your experience.
Market Trends Pacific, a Hawaii-based research company, has been conducting survey work for more than 25 years. They will be provided only your name, phone number, email address and the date of the transaction. They WILL NEVER ask you for confidential or account information.
