Mark Your Calendars for Our Annual Meeting

January 6, 2023

Annual Meeting is March 15. Online + limited in-person hybrid begins at 5 p.m. HST.

Our March 15 Annual Meeting will be an online+in-person hybrid as we carefully navigate toward pre-pandemic normalcy.

The meeting begins at 5 p.m. Hawaii Standard Time. It is being administered online through independent third-party CU Ballot, which has assisted in our previous online Annual Meetings.

Joining online

When signing in to the meeting, you will need to fill in your account/member number and last four digits of your Social Security Number. All primary members in good standing (at least $5 in a savings account) are welcome to virtually attend.

You may log on through your home computer, laptop or mobile device beginning at 4:30 p.m. HST March 15; you will be in a “waiting room” until the meeting begins. Click here for the logon page.

In person

A limited in-person gathering will be located at APFCU’s corporate offices at 3465 Waialae Avenue, 4th floor:

  • Attendance is to be limited to 25 primary members as we adhere to social distancing standards and prevent potential close contacts.
  • Primary members may reserve a seat from March 1 to March 7 through a registration link that will be posted on this page. Members may also call 808-531-3711 during that same period.
  • Validated parking.
  • No food or drinks will be available.

The meeting will include prize drawings, awarded randomly from the pool of those attending virtually and in person.

During the meeting, members will be able to see and hear our presenters, Board Chair Gary Iwai and President & CEO Vince Otsuka. Online attendees’ images will NOT be on screen and all attendees will be automatically muted to prevent confusion.

The meeting will include reports about the credit union and an announcement of the three new BOD members.

Members will be asked to vote on approval of the Minutes from last year's Annual Meeting. The Minutes will be included in the 2022 Annual Report, which will be posted online in February. Paper copies of the Annual Report also will be available at the branches, while supplies last.

Online attendees may ask questions by typing them on their computers or mobile devices; in-person attendees may also ask questions. Answers will be posted on the website.

We hope you’ll join our Annual Meeting on March 15!
