Attention Online Banking Users

There will be system maintenance that will cause the following services to be temporarily unavailable on the following dates and times. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Online and Mobile Banking
  • Saturday, 12/09/17 from 7:30 pm HST to 11:30 pm HST
Online eStatements
  • Friday, 12/15/17 from 10:00 pm HST to 4:00 am HST on Saturday, 12/16/17
Online Check Ordering
  • Every Saturday from 8:00 pm HST to 1:30 am HST on Sunday
Online Bill Payment
  • Every Saturday from 9:00 pm HST to 2:00 am HST on Sunday
  • Due to postal service delays during the holiday season, if your bill payment type is "Check", please set your "Send on" date at least 10 business days prior to the due date until January.

Attention Mobile App Users - iPhone x's Face ID

iPhone X devices with Face ID enabled will see menus referring to Touch ID, but users are able to continue using Face ID with our mobile app. A future scheduled update will correctly identify your device’s login and authentication options (release date to be announced).

Attention Mobile App Users - EyePrint ID

Eyeprint ID has been discontinued on November 30, 2017. Please setup Touch ID (Apple) or Fingerprint ID (Android) as a secure, convenient way to log in to our mobile app.

Also, Eyeprint ID is currently not supported on Apple iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus and newer models due to rapid technology advancements as well as the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 due to a product recall.
