Attention Online Banking and Mobile App Users
There will be system maintenance that will cause the following services to be temporarily unavailable on the following dates below (times in HST). Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Online Check Ordering
- Every Saturday from 8:00 pm to 1:30 am on Sunday
Online Bill Payment
- Every Saturday from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am on Sunday
- Due to possible postal service delays during the holiday season, if your bill payment type is 'Check', it is recommended that you set your process/send date at least 10 business days prior to the due date.
Remote Deposit Capture Issue for users running iOS 16
If your mobile device is running iOS 16 and your app displays a message "Rotate your device to continue your deposit" while taking a photo of the front of a check for mobile deposit, rotate your device to the right in order to complete the check image capture.
This is a temporary issue and should be resolved with the next mobile app update scheduled for 12/13/2022.
After May 12, 2021, Internet Explorer 11 will no longer be supported by our online banking service. When you login to Online Banking, we recommend using one of the browsers below, or download our free Mobile App.
