Applications Manager, Full-time

Department: IT

Location: Kaimuki Plaza

Job Summary: Responsible for the management of credit union applications, databases and core systems; programming analysis and design function; system maintenance and administration of the credit union core systems; and management of projects and work intake associated with application systems. Supervises and provides technical leadership to the applications support team. Works closely with business units, managers and executives to identify, evaluate, recommend, implement and support application technology solutions. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have functional knowledge of information systems, SDLC and project management. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Branch Manager, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Waimalu branch

Job Summary: Responsible for the profitability, administration and supervision of branch sales and operations within established policies and guidelines. Creates and fosters a branch culture that promotes teamwork, service excellence, relationship building, and staff professionalism. Leads and develops branch personnel to achieve sales goals and service level standards. Generates defined reports to track actual performance to defined sales and services goals, member satisfaction and new business development. Manages staff to ensure all branch operations are implemented according to company standards, policies, and guidelines. Minimum Qualifications: Requires a bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university; five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two (2) years underwriting experience required. Supervisory experience required. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Collections Manager, Full-time

Department: Consumer Lending

Location: Kaimuki Business Plaza

Job Summary: Responsible for managing and supervising the Collections Department team. Ensures that all applicable regulations and laws are adhered to. Key objectives will be to consistently maintain delinquency ratios and credit losses at or below peer and industry benchmarks. Responsible for taking lead role on all collection activity pertaining to commercial loans and their business entities and personal guarantors. Provides necessary operational support to other departments in the lending division. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college. Five (5) years’ experience in collections, special assets, loan recovery or a related field in a financial institution. Three (3) years’ experience in a managerial position involving direct supervision of staff members. Proficient knowledge of all applicable regulations including Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), CFPB, NCUA, and all other state and federal laws. Prior experience with commercial and residential loans required.

Information Security Analyst, Full-time

Department: IT

Location: Kaimuki Plaza

Job Summary: Oversees or participates in planning, developing, implementing, testing, monitoring, and reviewing the credit union’s information and cybersecurity programs to protect information assets and mitigate risks for unauthorized access, disclosure, and misuse. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have functional knowledge of information systems, security, and project management. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Member Relations Specialist, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Waimalu

Job Summary: Responsible for providing members the highest level of service, assisting them with new accounts and loans, cross-selling of products and services, completing teller transactions and branch operational tasks. Assists in the daily, weekly, and monthly planning and execution of activities and assignments to help the branch stay on target to reach its annual sales, growth, and service goals. Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and positive attitude to achieve the highest standards of member service when performing duties and assignments. Minimum Qualifications: Must have detailed-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training. Six (6) months underwriting experience required; ability to analyze/understand credit reports and possess basic knowledge of bank underwriting. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Senior Internal Auditor, Full-time

Department: Internal Audit

Location: Kaimuki Plaza

Job Summary: Assists the Director of Internal Audit in planning, performing, supervising, and reporting internal audits. Assists in performance of operational, financial or compliance audits in assigned areas. Assists in determining whether controls have been established to identify and detect evidence of fraud. Assists in preparation of reports, recommendations, and monitoring of corrective action plans progress. Minimum Qualifications: Requires a bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four-year college or university in Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university. A minimum of three (3) years audit experience that includes planning, internal control assessments, performing, and reporting audits findings. A CPA/CIA designation and financial service industry is preferred. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
