Branch Supervisor, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Fort Street Branch: 988 Fort Street Mall, Honolulu

Job Summary: Responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day operation of the branch, including both the Branch Operations and the Member Relations areas. Assists the Branch Manager in tracking the profitability and performance in achieving the branches assigned annual sales goals and service level standards. Supports in the coaching, training, and mentoring of the branch staff to achieve branch and individual performance goals and to develop skills in product knowledge, consultative selling, and member service. Participates in the growth of the branch by achieving assigned individual sales goals, service level standards, and SEG servicing and development. Minimum Qualifications: Associate of Arts (AA/AS) degree; four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive knowledge of loan underwriting process and requirements. Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs required. Supervisory experience highly preferred. NMLS License required. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Branch Support Specialist, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Kaimuki Plaza: 3465 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: Assists the Branch Support Officer and Branch Support Manager with all operational duties in relation to the functions of Branch Support, including on-line and phone support for all branch related issues, the development and enforcement of branch operating policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance, and the compilation and distribution of administrative branch reports. Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma, business related courses beneficial. Two (2) years related experience with emphasis on branch operations and/or supervisory experience preferred. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Collections Manager, Full-time

Department: Consumer Lending

Location: Kaimuki Plaza: 3465 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: Responsible for managing and supervising the Collections Department team. Ensures that all applicable regulations and laws are adhered to. Key objectives will be to consistently maintain delinquency ratios and credit losses at or below peer and industry benchmarks. Responsible for taking lead role on all collection activity pertaining to commercial loans and their business entities and personal guarantors. Provides necessary operational support to other departments in the lending division. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college. Five (5) years experience in collections, special assets, loan recovery or a related field in a financial institution. Three (3) years experience in a managerial position involving direct supervision of staff members. Proficient knowledge of all applicable regulations including Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), CFPB, NCUA, and all other state and federal laws. Prior experience with commercial and residential loans required. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Compliance Manager, Full-time

Department: Compliance

Location: Kaimuki Plaza: 3465 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of the credit union to ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory standards related to depository, lending, and banking related laws and regulations. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related field, or equivalent financial institution experience and business-related college-level courses or financial industry-specific training. Minimum six (6) years of financial industry experience with demonstrated progressive responsibilities. Minimum of three (3) years of financial institution compliance experience. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a management role in a financial institution or industry-related trade association strongly preferred. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Infrastructure Support Analyst, Full-time

Department: IT

Location: Kaimuki Plaza: 3465 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: The Infrastructure Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates, and troubleshoots problems, and determines and implements solution. Provides day to day operational support for existing infrastructure services and users of those services and supports/performs project-based work leading to the development and deployment of new infrastructure services. Participates and supports IT Governance requirements. Minimum Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management, related discipline or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience in end-user support and desktop deployment preferred. Must have functional knowledge of network environments and concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory. Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop and Server technology and infrastructure platforms including Windows desktop and server operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft 365 tenant management, and Remote Desktop Services. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Member Relations Specialist, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Fort Street Branch: 988 Fort Street Mall, Honolulu

Job Summary: Responsible for providing members the highest level of service, assisting them with new accounts and loans, cross-selling of products and services, completing teller transactions and branch operational tasks. Assists in the daily, weekly, and monthly planning and execution of activities and assignments to help the branch stay on target to reach its annual sales, growth, and service goals. Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and positive attitude to achieve the highest standards of member service when performing duties and assignments. Minimum Qualifications: Must have detailed-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training. Six (6) months underwriting experience required; ability to analyze/understand credit reports and possess basic knowledge of bank underwriting. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Relief Teller, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Oahu Branches

Job Summary: Performs relief teller services at various APFCU branches not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures (transaction processing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and a positive attitude to achieve high-level member satisfaction when performing duties and assignments. Strives to make each member interaction a positive and “wow” experience. Adapts to new work situations and settings quickly and is flexible in relocating to different branches throughout the week/day, as business requires. Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Diploma required. Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or front-line customer service position and one (1) year cumulative cash handling experience. Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs. Valid Driver’s License and access to a motor vehicle. Must be able to work at any of the Oahu Branches as assigned. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
