Job Summary: Provides excellent service to members while completing banking transactions, account servicing needs, and offering credit union’s products and services to help them achieve their financial goals. Handles complex and escalated member servicing needs and completes advanced transactions that require higher levels of authority. Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and positive attitude to achieve high-level member satisfaction when performing duties and assignments. Strives to make each member interaction a positive experience and provide them the “wow” experience.
Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Good verbal, written, and listening communication skills with ability to convey information with clarity, sincerity, diplomacy and empathy; ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents; ability to write reports and correspondence and effectively present information in individual or small group situations of customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
High School Diploma required; minimum of one (1) year experience in financial service operations position; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs.
Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
