Accounts Payable Clerk, Full-time

Department: Accounting

Location: Kaimuki Business Plaza

Job Summary: The role of the Accounts Payable involves providing financial, administrative, and clerical support to the credit union. The role is to complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. Assists with the day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner. Minimum Qualifications: At least 3 years of accounting related work experience with at least one year of Accounts Payable experience. Associate’s degree (AA) in Accounting or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Collections Manager, Full-time

Department: Consumer Lending

Location: Kaimuki Business Plaza

Job Summary: Responsible for managing and supervising the Collections Department team. Ensures that all applicable regulations and laws are adhered to. Key objectives will be to consistently maintain delinquency ratios and credit losses at or below peer and industry benchmarks. Responsible for taking lead role on all collection activity pertaining to commercial loans and their business entities and personal guarantors. Provides necessary operational support to other departments in the lending division. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college. Five (5) years’ experience in collections, special assets, loan recovery or a related field in a financial institution. Three (3) years’ experience in a managerial position involving direct supervision of staff members. Proficient knowledge of all applicable regulations including Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), CFPB, NCUA, and all other state and federal laws. Prior experience with commercial and residential loans required.

Human Resources Administrator, Full-time

Department: Human Resources

Location: Kaimuki Business Plaza

Job Summary: As a part of the Human Resources Team, this position performs various human resources professional work in support of Aloha Pacific’s strategic and HR goals. This position involves researching, developing and administering human resources policies, procedures and programs and supporting employee engagement programs. The Human Resources Administrator carries out multiple day-to-day HR responsibilities including employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, payroll administration and employee engagement & recognition activities. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Three (3) years’ experience in Human Resources field. Solid understanding of labor laws and HR fundamentals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications required. Excellent communications skills – verbal, written, and presentation skills, required. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness is necessary. Proficiency in payroll processing is required. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Member Relations Specialist, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Henderson, Las Vegas

Job Summary: Responsible for providing members the highest level of service, assisting them with new accounts and loans, cross-selling of products and services, completing teller transactions and branch operational tasks. Assists in the daily, weekly, and monthly planning and execution of activities and assignments to help the branch stay on target to reach its annual sales, growth, and service goals. Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and positive attitude to achieve the highest standards of member service when performing duties and assignments. Minimum Qualifications: Must have detailed-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training. Six (6) months underwriting experience required; ability to analyze/understand credit reports and possess basic knowledge of bank underwriting. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Regional Teller, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: East Region

Job Summary: Performs relief teller services at various branches not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures (transaction processing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). Minimum Qualifications: Must have detail-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in sales or front-line customer service position and one (1) year cumulative cash-handling experience. Valid Driver's License and access to a motor vehicle required. Teller experience in a financial institution highly preferred. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Teller, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Henderson, Las Vegas

Job Summary: Performs branch responsibilities not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures (transaction processing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). Minimum Qualifications: Must have detail-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics. High school diploma or equivalent required. Teller Supervisor, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Henderson, Las Vegas

Job Summary: Responsible for the direct management and supervision of the teller staff and branch operations functions. Coordinates staffing, and schedules based on projected member traffic and work load. Coaches, mentors, and develops branch staff in branch operational processes and procedures, and cross selling of credit union products and services. Challenges and motivates branch staff to achieve the branch’s assigned profitability, performance, sales, and service level standards and goals. Minimum Qualifications: Requires a High School diploma; two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs. Must be able to perform the essential duties of the Senior Teller. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
