Branch Supervisor, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Kaimuki Branch: 3625 Harding Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: Responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day operation of the branch, including both the Branch Operations and the Member Relations areas. Assists the Branch Manager in tracking the profitability and performance in achieving the branches assigned annual sales goals and service level standards. Supports in the coaching, training, and mentoring of the branch staff to achieve branch and individual performance goals and to develop skills in product knowledge, consultative selling, and member service. Participates in the growth of the branch by achieving assigned individual sales goals, service level standards, and SEG servicing and development. Minimum Qualifications: Associate of Arts (AA/AS) degree; four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive knowledge of loan underwriting process and requirements. Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs required. Supervisory experience highly preferred. NMLS License required. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Call Center Representative, Full-time

Department: Call Center

Location: Kaimuki Plaza: 3465 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: Performs Call Center responsibilities not limited to both teller services and member services for phone-in members in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: One (1) year certificate from college or technical school; six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have knowledge of and experience with customer service principles and practices, and administration and clerical processes. Six (6) months or more in a call center environment highly preferred. Must be proficient in relevant computer applications and possess keyboarding skills. Must have experience in the usage of office equipment such as telephone, calculator, copier, fax, etc. Knowledge of PC (personal computer), Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and other software applications as applicable. Compliance Analyst, Full-time

Department: Compliance

Location: Kaimuki Plaza: 3465 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: Assists in the completion of all Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering requirements and supports the Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Management, Fraud and other Quality Control functions of the credit union. Minimum Qualifications: One-year certificate from college or technical school; six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of basic office equipment required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel. Knowledge of Verafin or other account monitoring system is preferred. Data Analyst, Full-time

Digital Marketing Specialist, Full-time

Department: Marketing

Location: Kaimuki Plaza: 3465 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: Responsible for member acquisition/retention, member journey, and ongoing strategy and optimization of our direct digital channels. This role will work closely with our marketing, sales, retail operations, and product teams to drive growth of the credit union. The individual will have experience in marketing and digital media with a strong understanding of key digital business drivers and the ability to identify, track, and report Key Performance Indicators linked to business outcomes. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, new media, communication design, related field or three (3) to five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience with customer segmentation, data management, and data analysis. • Experience in developing strategies and a track record of attaining goals associated with strategies. • Experience in building and maintaining affinity partnerships and negotiating in BTB environment. • Experience selling specifically in an environment with accountability to goals/targets. • Experience setting up journeys and reports in SalesForce Marketing Cloud. • Strong knowledge of current and emerging digital marketing strategies and implementation. • Strong knowledge of social media channel processes and website content management systems. • Ability to analyze data to measure results. • Familiarity and ability to use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Constant Contact, Publisher, website content management solutions, Hootsuite and other social media platforms. • Ability to analyze and report on campaign results. • Familiarity with CRM systems. • Strong writing and editing skills. Director of Internal Audit, Full-time

Department: Administration – Internal Audit

Job Summary: Responsible for planning, performing, and reporting internal audits under the guidance of the Supervisory Committee. Reviews Credit Union operations to evaluate whether internal controls and operations function effectively and efficiently, and processes adhere to regulations, policies and procedures. Responsible for determining whether controls have been established to identify and detect evidence of fraud. Prepares reports, makes recommendations, and monitors progress of corrective actions. Responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and modifying audit schedule. Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisory Committee. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in business administration from an accredited four-year college or university with emphasis in Accounting and Auditing. Also, five (5) years of related experience in public accounting and a CPA or CIA designation. Knowledge of credit unions' or financial industries' laws, regulations and regulatory agencies, and credit union's products, services and systems preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, staff, members, and the general public. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions. Credit must be in good standing. Member Relations Specialist, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Fort Street Branch: 988 Fort Street Mall, Honolulu; Henderson Branch: 9555 S. Eastern Avenue, Suite 150, Las Vegas, NV

Job Summary: Responsible for providing members the highest level of service, assisting them with new accounts and loans, cross-selling of products and services, completing teller transactions and branch operational tasks. Assists in the daily, weekly, and monthly planning and execution of activities and assignments to help the branch stay on target to reach its annual sales, growth, and service goals. Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and positive attitude to achieve the highest standards of member service when performing duties and assignments. Minimum Qualifications: Must have detailed-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training. Six (6) months underwriting experience required; ability to analyze/understand credit reports and possess basic knowledge of bank underwriting. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Mortgage Servicing Specialist, Full-time

Department: Lending - Mortgage

Location: Kaimuki Plaza: 3465 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: Responsible for supporting all activities related to the servicing of residential and commercial mortgages belonging to the credit union as well as loans serviced on behalf of our credit union partners and the FHLB. Requires ability to multi-task, high-level of accuracy, and meet deadlines. Ability to consistently provide prompt and outstanding service to both internal and external parties. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Minimum of 2+ years mortgage serving or related experience. Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively with co-workers, members, and the public; operate standard office equipment; to critically think; experience in reading loan documents; great listening and comprehending skills to understand information and ideas as presented by borrowers and co-workers. Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and occasionally lift and move up to 20 lbs. in weight. Credit must be in good standing. Relief Teller, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Oahu Branches

Job Summary: Performs relief teller services at various APFCU branches not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures (transaction processing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and a positive attitude to achieve high-level member satisfaction when performing duties and assignments. Strives to make each member interaction a positive and “wow” experience. Adapts to new work situations and settings quickly and is flexible in relocating to different branches throughout the week/day, as business requires. Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Diploma required. Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or front-line customer service position and one (1) year cumulative cash handling experience. Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs. Valid Driver’s License and access to a motor vehicle. Must be able to work at any of the Oahu Branches as assigned. Teller, Full-time

Job Summary: Performs branch responsibilities not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures (transaction processing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). Minimum Qualifications: Must have detail-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics. High school diploma or equivalent required. Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in sales or front-line customer service position and one (1) year cumulative cash-handling experience. Teller experience in a financial institution highly preferred. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Teller Supervisor, Full-time

Department: Branch

Location: Kaimuki Branch: 3625 Harding Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: Responsible for the direct management and supervision of the teller staff and branch operations functions. Coordinates staffing, and schedules based on projected member traffic and workload. Coaches, mentors, and develops branch staff in branch operational processes and procedures, and cross selling of credit union products and services. Challenges and motivates branch staff to achieve the branch’s assigned profitability, performance, sales, and service level standards and goals. Minimum Qualifications: Requires a high school diploma; two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs. Must be able to perform the essential duties of the Senior Teller. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervises two (2) to six (6) subordinate employees in assigned branch. • Responsible for day-to-day branch operations. • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s management philosophies, policies and applicable laws. • Assists Branch Manager in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; assigning, and directing work; evaluating staff performance; and assisting with complaint and problem resolution. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.

Vice President of Commercial Lending, Full-time

Department: Commercial Lending

Job Summary: Responsible for finding key loan-providing opportunities that fit the goals and requirements of the credit union. Analyzes a wide variety of financial statements, structuring loan terms and fees, approving or recommending business loans, counseling potential borrowers financially, and conducting presentations with senior management staff. Helps to establish a high standard of credit quality and strong commercial portfolio on behalf of the credit union. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Finance or equivalent from an accredited four-year college or university; minimum five (5) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience to effectively perform job responsibilities. Basic knowledge of credit principles and banking products. Cross selling and sales skills. Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously. Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of computers and computer software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and the Internet. Knowledge of office machines such as 10-key adding machine, facsimile and copy machines. Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
