Branch Supervisor, Full-time – $2,000.00 Sign-on Bonus

Department: Branch

Location: Kaimuki Branch: 3625 Harding Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: Responsible for the supervision of the day-to-day operation of the branch, including both the Branch Operations and the Member Relations areas. Assists the Branch Manager in tracking the profitability and performance in achieving the branches assigned annual sales goals and service level standards. Supports in the coaching, training, and mentoring of the branch staff to achieve branch and individual performance goals and to develop skills in product knowledge, consultative selling, and member service. Participates in the growth of the branch by achieving assigned individual sales goals, service level standards, and SEG servicing and development. Minimum Qualifications: Associate of Arts (AA/AS) degree; four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive knowledge of loan underwriting process and requirements. Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs required. Supervisory experience highly preferred. Business Analyst, Full-time

Department: Information Technology

Location: Kaimuki Plaza: 3465 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: The Business Analyst will act as the liaison for Business Units, vendors, and Information Technology and will be responsible for analyzing, improving, or creating workflow efficiencies and to provide project management assistance to help produce positive outcomes. • Identify, gather, and document business unit requirements. • Analyze, create, improve, and validate existing workflows, processes, or procedures. • Assist and work with Project Manager and provide reports, timelines, or relevant updates to stakeholders and Information Technology. • Collaborate with vendors and Information Technology to provide guidance to the business. • Develop an understanding of the structure, policies, and operations of the organization to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. • Discover, research, and evaluate new technologies that would benefit various business units. Minimum Qualifications: Advanced education in Business Analysis, Business Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related field; or combination of education & experience. Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of related work experience is preferred. Experience in a credit union or banking environment is ideal. Experience with process improvement, business process mapping of current and future states, and business requirements analysis in a credit union or banking environment. Highly resourceful and know when/how to be assertive to make progress, but able to remain calm, composed, and flexible in challenging circumstances. Excellent analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both oral and written are essential. Proven ability to exercise independent judgement for decision making and creative problem-solving. Ability to learn complex systems, integrations, processes from a vast selection of systems and platforms. Familiar with banking systems a plus. Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio. Knowledge of any Business Intelligence or Data Analytics platforms, SQL Server Reporting or PowerBI would be ideal. Call Center Representative, Full-time – $600.00 Sign-on Bonus

Department: Call Center

Location: Kaimuki Plaza: 3465 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: Performs Call Center responsibilities not limited to both teller services and member services for phone-in members in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: One (1) year certificate from college or technical school; six (6) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have knowledge of and experience with customer service principles and practices, and administration and clerical processes. Six (6) months or more in a call center environment highly preferred. Must be proficient in relevant computer applications and possess keyboarding skills. Must have experience in the usage of office equipment such as telephone, calculator, copier, fax, etc. Knowledge of PC (personal computer), Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and other software applications as applicable. Fair Lending Compliance Officer, Full-time

Department: Lending – Consumer

Location: Kaimuki Plaza: 3465 Waialae Avenue, Honolulu

Job Summary: The Fair Lending Compliance Officer is responsible for maintaining an effective Fair Lending Program to ensure that the credit union remains compliant with all Fair Lending-related laws, regulations, and guidance. This position will perform Fair Lending monitoring of Aloha Pacific FCU’s lending portfolios, serve as the credit union’s Fair Lending subject matter expert, advise Executive Management and the Board of Directors on Fair Lending risk issues and mitigation, partner with the business units to identify and correct potential risk issues, and ensure that employees are appropriately trained to comply with all requirements. This position will help develop, implement, administer, and coordinate all aspects of the credit union’s Fair Lending program by working along with the Director of Compliance, appropriate internal staff, third-party vendors, and business units to achieve continuous improvement to, and ongoing success of the Fair Lending Program. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four-year accredited college/university; minimum five (5) years consumer compliance and experience in Fair Lending and/or training; or the equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience: • Experience with regulatory examinations: Safety & Soundness, Fair Lending, etc. • Risk assessments, comparative file reviews, redlining analysis, and other monitoring activities • Knowledge of Fair Lending laws and regulations, and regulatory guidance/examination processes • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to design, enhance, and implement both preventative and prognostic controls • Ability to lead a team to develop and execute the Fair Lending strategic plans and manage multiple projects and deadlines • Highly motivated with the ability to be proactive, take initiative, carefully monitor, follow through, and complete responsibilities in a professional and timely manner • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while working independently • Excellent analytical skills with experience conducting and understanding data/statistical analyses • Ability to effectively train and instruct others in formal and informal settings • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with others from all levels within the organization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including preparing reports and presentations for Executive Management and Board members • Proficient knowledge of credit union operations and lending processes • Experience with or ability to learn specialized Fair Lending software and analytic tools such as: CRA/Fair Lending Wiz; Centrax, Trupoint/Ncontracts, Compliance Tech – Fair Lending Magic, or equivalent. • Compliance certifications and/or completion of Fair Lending School (Tuscan Club University) and attaining the Fair Lending Expert (FLE) Certification or equivalent. Relief Teller, Full-time – $600.00 Sign-on Bonus

Job Summary: Performs relief teller services at various APFCU branches not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures (transaction processing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). Demonstrates commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and a positive attitude to achieve high-level member satisfaction when performing duties and assignments. Strives to make each member interaction a positive and “wow” experience. Adapts to new work situations and settings quickly and is flexible in relocating to different branches throughout the week/day, as business requires. Minimum Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. High School Diploma required. Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or front-line customer service position and one (1) year cumulative cash handling experience. Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs. Valid Driver’s License and access to a motor vehicle. Must be able to work at any of the Oahu Branches in the region as assigned. Senior Programmer Analyst, Full-time

Department: Information Technology

Job Summary: Under limited supervision, performs systems analyst activities and makes recommendations in areas that require a high level of technical competency. This position is involved in all phases of the software and SQL development life cycle from design, database modeling, development, testing, deployment, and user training. This individual participates and provides technical guidance to analyst staff in the development, implementation, and documentation of systems or in problem solving. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Systems/Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field. Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Microsoft SQL development, SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services, systems analysis and/or programming; preferably with leadership responsibilities. Job Summary: Responsible for the direct management and supervision of the teller staff and branch operations functions. Coordinates staffing, and schedules based on projected member traffic and workload. Coaches, mentors, and develops branch staff in branch operational processes and procedures, and cross selling of credit union products and services. Challenges and motivates branch staff to achieve the branch’s assigned profitability, performance, sales, and service level standards and goals. Minimum Qualifications: Requires a High School diploma; two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs. Must be able to perform the essential duties of the Senior Teller. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES • Supervises two (2) to six (6) subordinate employees in assigned branch. • Responsible for day-to-day branch operations. • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s management philosophies, policies and applicable laws. • Assists Branch Manager in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; assigning, and directing work; evaluating staff performance; and assisting with complaint and problem resolution.
