Member Support Representative, Full-time

Department: Member Support

Location: Kaimuki Plaza

Job Summary: Perform branch responsibilities not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures. (Account/loan servicing transaction processing or, new account servicing, new loan servicing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). Responsible for establishing new member accounts, sell and service credit union products for phone-in members and providing excellent service. Maintain a working knowledge of the policies and procedures for credit union accounts, services and products. Call center experience highly preferred. Required to be flexible with Monday through Saturday operation. Must have a minimum of one year experience in sales or front-line customer service position and one year of cumulative cash handling experience. Must be flexible to travel to relieve Oahu branches.

Branch Sales Associates, Full-time

Department: Branch Position

Location: (1) Fort Street, (1) Main

Job Summary: Perform branch responsibilities not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures. Must have detailed-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics. Must have a minimum of one year experience in sales or front-line customer service position and one year of cumulative cash handling experience.

Branch Supervisor, Full-time

Department: Branch Position

Location: (1) Kailua

Job Summary: Responsible for the direct supervision of day-to-day branch operations. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s philosophies, policies and applicable laws. Coordinate work schedules, allocate workload, and provide oversight, guidance and assistance to branch personnel. Train branch staff in operational processes and procedures; monitor staff performance and recommend personnel actions; assist staff in complex situations and problem escalation; and recommend changes for continuous process improvement. Assist Branch Manager in tracking profitability and performance in achieving sales goals and service level standards of assigned branch. Assist in SEG servicing and assume back-up responsibilities for Branch Manager as needed. Responsibilities include assisting Branch Manager in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; assigning, and directing work; evaluating staff performance; and assisting with complaint and problem resolution. Bachelors (4-year) degree or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Branch Manager, Full-time

Department: Branch Position

Location: Henderson Branch, Nevada

Job Summary: Responsible for the profitability, administration and supervision of branch sales and operations within established policies and guidelines. Create and foster a branch culture that promotes teamwork, service excellence, relationship building, and staff professionalism. Lead and develop branch personnel to achieve sales goals and service level standards. Generate defined reports to track actual performance to defined sales and services goals, member satisfaction and new business development. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. NMLS registry highly preferred.

Infrastructure Systems Analyst

Department: Information Technology

Location: Kaimuki Business Plaza

Job Summary: Serves as a technical expert and participates in or oversees a variety of analytical and technical assignments relating to problem diagnosis and solutions documentation, implementation, administration, support, and maintenance of a variety of hardware, software, and network products in an information technology infrastructure environment. Provides day-to-day operational support for existing infrastructure services and users of those services, and project based work leading to the development and deployment of new infrastructure services. Requires a bachelor’s degree in any Information Technology related discipline or equivalent and at least 3-5 years of experience in network operations and systems support.
