Member Support Representative, Full-time

Department: Member Support

Location: Kaimuki Business Plaza

Job Summary: Perform branch responsibilities not limited to both teller services and member services in accordance with quality service objectives and credit union policies and procedures. (Account/loan servicing transaction processing or, new account servicing, new loan servicing, account maintenance, product cross-sales, balancing, and financial transaction record-keeping). Responsible for establishing new member accounts, sell and service credit union products for phone-in members and providing excellent service. Minimum Qualifications: Maintain a working knowledge of the policies and procedures for credit union accounts, services and products. Call center experience highly preferred. Required to be flexible with Monday through Saturday operation. Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in sales or front-line customer service position and one year of cumulative cash handling experience.

Regional Teller, Full-time

Department: Sales

Location: East Region and West Region

Member Relations Specialist, Full-time

Department: Sales

Location: Kaimuki and OTS FCU

Job Summary: Responsible for providing members the highest level of service, assisting them with new accounts and loans, cross selling of products and services, completing teller transactions and branch operational tasks. Assist in the daily, weekly, and monthly planning and execution of activities and assignments to help the branch stay on target to reach its annual sales, growth, and service goals. Demonstrate commitment to quality service, professionalism, integrity, enthusiasm, respect, good work ethic, and positive attitude to achieve the highest standards of member service when performing duties and assignments. Minimum Qualifications: Must have detailed-oriented and high standard of confidentiality/work ethics. Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in sales or front-line customer service position and one year of cumulative cash handling experience. Six (6) months underwriting experience required; ability to analyze/understand credit reports and possess basic knowledge of bank underwriting.

Mortgage Loan Officer, Full-time

Department: Mortgage Lending

Location: Varies and Flexible with Branches

Job Summary: To interview and counsel members about mortgage loans and to take mortgage loan applications. To establish and maintain business relationships with members, and to guide and follow their mortgage loans from application through loan closing. To build and maintain referral relationships with branches, realtors, builders and other sources of mortgage referral business. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or five years lending experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Must have a thorough knowledge of lending in accordance with State and Federal regulations.

HELOC Processor, Full-time

Department: Lending-Consumer

Location: Main branch

Job Summary: Primary responsibilities include processing of home equity loans for the credit union and working with representatives from all delivery methods to meet company member’s financial needs in professional, efficient, and knowledgeable manner. The HELOC processor will have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of APFCU’s home equity policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree in Business or equivalent work and/or educational background, Minimum one year experience in Home Equity or Mortgage Lending required. Thorough knowledge of general loan policy, real estate lending practices (including state regulations and federal regulatory requirements) and agency requirements regarding consumer lending required. Thorough knowledge of all RESPA, HMDA, Fair Lending, ECOA, and HUD rules and regulations required. Proficient verbal and written skills to effectively communicate and provide customer service required. Comply with Safe Act legislation, which requires annual registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).

Support Services Officer, Full-time

Department: Support Services

Location: 846 South Hotel Street

Job Summary: Oversees the IRA program – prepares transfers, distributions, rollovers, conversions, death claims and closures in accordance with government regulations and credit union policies. Maintains retirement records and is responsible for current and proper financial statements and reports. Utilizes database or system to process transactions and retrieve information. Assists with the day-to-day activities of the Support Services Department. Helps to develop and maintain operational policies and procedural materials. Explores for operational efficiencies and helps to implement them. Maintains focus on member (internal and external) satisfaction in every aspect of the Support Services Department. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or four to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Application Support Manager, Full-time

Department: IT

Location: Kaimuki Business Plaza

Job Summary: The manager's overall responsibilities include: the management of credit union applications, databases and core systems; the programming analysis and design function; the system maintenance and administration of the credit union core systems; and the management of projects and work intake associated with application systems. The manager will supervise and provide technical leadership to the Applications Support Group. Works closely with business units, managers and executives to identify, evaluate, recommend, implement and support application technology solutions. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have functional knowledge of information systems, SDLC and project management. Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as technical documentation, regulatory guidance and professional articles. Ability to write formal business documents, technical reports and general correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to all stakeholders. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
