Financial Assistance Programs

We understand that financial circumstances may change from time to time, affecting your ability to meet obligations. Have you missed a payment or expect that your economic situation will change? We want to offer our assistance in case you are unable to catch up.

Options May Be Available. The right option for you depends on your individual circumstances.

  • Deferment: Defer up to 3 monthly payments and apply it to the end of the loan.
  • Modification: Designed for members whose financial situation has changed (such as employment changes, divorce, injury, etc.). It may allow the member to change the original terms of the loan agreement so that the payment is affordable.
  • Re-Age: Designed for members who are already delinquent on their loan. A Re-Age allows a member to bring the loan completely current by adding the delinquent payments to the end of the loan, extending the maturity date by the number of payments missed.

APFCU has other financial wellness and recovery programs available that may fit your needs and situation.
