If you have a debit card that earns Aloha Pacific Rewards points, your May account statement will not list your most current point totals because of a technical issue. This does not affect the number of points you have earned.
You will still be able to view and retrieve your most current Aloha Pacific Rewards (debit rewards) points totals:
- Go to your online banking account, then choose the “Aloha Pacific Rewards” link under the “Manage Accounts” tab; or
- When using the mobile app, choose “More” on the bottom right of your mobile device, then the “Aloha Pacific Rewards” button under “Manage Accounts”
