Debit Card Rewards Program Has Changed

The Aloha Pacific Rewards program for Aloha Points and eligible rewards checking account debit cards has changed to ScoreCard Rewards. Affected cardholders had been mailed letters notifying them of the change.

Points can be redeemed for:

  • Merchandise
  • Travel
  • Gift cards
  • Purchases at CVS, Walgreens and select gas stations and through PayPal

The program is FREE:

  • Earn 1 point for every $2 spent
  • Transactions must be signature-based (PIN-based and ATM transactions do not earn points)
  • Reward points do not expire*

Register your Debit Card with the New Rewards Program

If you have an Aloha Points or eligible rewards checking account, you must log on to to register your card, create your new account and explore the enhanced offerings. Your current reward points will be automatically transferred to the new program, although it might take up to 30 days for those points to be reflected in your new account. 

Then you can quickly connect to the ScoreCard Rewards site through:

  • APFCU’s Mobile App
    Click on the ‘Aloha Pacific Rewards’ link
  • Online Banking
    Under Additional Services, click on ‘Aloha Pacific Rewards’

Lost or Stolen Debit Cards

Please continue to call 808-531-3711 in Hawaii; or 1-877-531-3711 U.S. toll free to report lost or stolen debit cards.
Our Call Center's business hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 6 pm; Saturday, 9 am - 2 pm.

Effective May 12, the phone number to call during off-business hours is now 1-833-933-1681 in the United States; and 1-812-647-9794 when calling outside the U.S.

Visa® Platinum Rewards & Eligible Credit Cards

If you have a Visa® Platinum Rewards or eligible credit card (such as Visa® Gold or a Share Secured credit card), you can access the rewards site beginning September 18 through:

  • APFCU’s Mobile App
    Click on the ‘Credit Card Rewards’ link
  • Online Banking
    Under Additional Services, click on ‘Credit Card Rewards’
  • Through the Credit Card Management Website
    Click on 'Credit Card Management/Rewards' under Additional Services in Online Banking, or in the More... tab of the Mobile App

Beginning September 18, you must register at to view and manage your rewards program.

The credit card management site will move to beginning September 20. You must create a new account and re-register your card.
