Credit card holders: Your credit card account is now appearing in online banking and the mobile app. Check your balance, make payment transfers.
Please note: Credit card payments through Aloha Bank-by-Phone are not available at this time.
You can now click on your credit card account in online banking and the mobile app to take you directly to Card Management. Credit Card Management is also an option in "Manage Accounts" in online banking:
Your account is also accessible through the new Aloha Pacific Card Control app; download the app in the Apple App Store or Google Play for direct access and current account information.
IMPORTANT: When enrolling in the new APFCU Card Control app or Credit Card Management, you must create completely new credentials (username and password) that are different from your existing credentials for online banking and the regular mobile app.

Our new credit cards enhancements include:
- NEW branded card design – we’re going vertical!
- NEW contactless (tap to pay) cards – many members have been requesting this upgrade.
- NEW unique card numbers for all cardholders – primary and secondary account holders will no longer share the same card number. Instead, each will have their own unique card number. Should one card be lost or compromised, only that card would need to be replaced.
The credit card rates and terms for current cardholders will remain the same according to your credit card disclosure. Be sure to check our website for the most current rates as they may change periodically.
