Debit Card Rewards Points Issue | June 2, 2023

If you have a debit card that earns Aloha Pacific Rewards points, your May account statement will not list your most current point totals because of a technical issue. This does not affect the number of points you have earned.

Quarterly Statements for Savings-only Accounts | December 14, 2021

Beginning January 2022, account statements will be issued quarterly for members who have only a savings account with no activity or just in-branch activity. Quarterly statements are issued in January, April, July and October

Debit Card Rewards Program Has Changed | September 17, 2021

The Aloha Pacific Rewards program for Aloha Points and eligible rewards checking account debit cards has changed to ScoreCard Rewards. Beginning September 18, Visa Platinum Rewards credit card holders will also switch to ScoreCard Rewards.
